Our new Panama Shirt combines two things Todd loves: a classic Camp Collar with a military-inspired Utility Shirt. It’s a modern, clean take on the latter with all the effortless ease of the former — especially since it’s made from washed linen, which feels as good as it looks. Airy, cool and soft, with a subtle texture, this “Sea Soft” linen is woven for us at Baird McNutt, one of Ireland’s oldest and last remaining linen mills. Details include two chest pockets and an open, easy fit; wear it casually with shorts and jeans, or tuck it into a pair of dress trousers.
The Baird family business was established in 1912 on Ireland’s picturesque northwest coast in Donegal. Today, Baird McNutt produces some of the world’s finest linen out of the Shankbridge dyeing and finishing works, which were originally built in 1798.
