Named after the charm of the Mediterranean island, the Yuketen Moc Ischia is a traditional Italian moccasin loafer made from full-grain leather and adorned with an oversized bit ornament, a design touch borrowed from equestrianism. It’s handcrafted from select cuts of soft and silky full-grain, flesh-out calf leather from Opera in Tuscany, Italy, who have specialized in leather and suede since the 70s. “Flesh-out,” if you didn’t know, refers to full-grain leather that’s literally flipped inside-out. It retains its structure, thickness and durability for long-lasting strength, and the smooth grain side wears pleasantly against the skin, negating the need for additional liners. They require virtually no break-in time, and are just as handsome as they are comfortable.
